Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all items purchased from Cairo Pet Store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service department at info@cairopetstore.com or call us at 1(800) 850-1048. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that are not in their original packaging
• Items that have been purchased more than 30 days ago
